A methodological handbook for managing products and projects for sustainable tourism

The methodological handbook will include a concise description of the methods and tools for managing products and projects for sustainable tourism. The creation of such a ‘tool’ for businesses and bodies exercising a tourism policy is deemed to be absolutely imperative and crucial, particularly for the Regional Unit of Kilkis and the cross-border region in general, where, on the one hand sustainable development is a centripetal policy choice, while on the other hand, tourism development lags behind in an environment otherwise completely receptive to and attractive for developing sustainable tourism.

B2B meetings will be arranged within the event as well as an information day concerning the objectives of the project, while a gastronomic event will be organised including the preparation and providing of food items with local recipes and ingredients / products for the visitors. During the fair souvenir and promotional gifts will be provided for the visitors.
