Kilkis Development Agency S.A. OTA (ANKI) organises a two day fair of a tourist nature in the framework of implementation of the actions of the NETOURAL project.
The fair will take place in Kilkis, on the premises of the listed building of the Austro-Hellenic Tobacco Warehouse (50, N. Panagiotou Str.) on October 24 & 25, 2023.
On the first day of the event, the programme is addressed to tourism stakeholders. It includes B2B meetings and a workshop to present the project and its objectives, with the participation of the respective organizations of the neighbouring country, as well as the operation of an exhibition space, where the participating organizations will showcase their products and services. The invitees include the Kilkis Regional Unit, the Kilkis and Paionia Municipalities, the Kilkis Chamber and the Kilkis Antiquities Ephorate, the Kilkis and Goumenissa Forestry Departments, the Kroussia Botanical Garden, the Kilkis Equestrian Ranch, local associations (commercial, professional, environmental, sports, etc.), wineries, as well as a large number of hotels and tourist agencies in the area.
On the second day, the fair will be open to the general public of the city, with a programme of various events, among which a large gastronomy and local cuisine event, with guest chef Lia Makrostergiou, stands out.
During the fair, souvenirs and promotional gifts will be offered to participants and visitors.
